products. All products are offered with a manufacture warranty ranging from 1-3
years.

INSURANCE:
We currently cannot bill your insurance company for claims. However, before you
make a purchase, call your insurance provider to determine if they will cover the
product. Most insurance providers/carriers may require a prescription and/or letter
of medical necessity. If this is the case, ask your doctor for a letter to document the
long-term benefits of the product. The claim should be billed under a
miscellaneous code as our products are not considered medical devices in the
USA.
PRIVACY:
The information we collect from you is used to process your order and / or contact
you if we have further questions regarding your purchase. We do not share or sell
your information, as your privacy is important to us
SHIPPING:
Your purchase should ship in 7-14 business days, unless a part is on backorder.
In this case, we will do our best to notify you. Please keep in mind your location
will determine transit days which can be from 1-5 additional business days from
the ship date.
Once your purchase ships, please allow 10-15 business days for the unit to arrive
as it ships directly from the manufacturer.
DISCOUNTS:
If you are a hospital, health care organization, facility or social worker and wish to
purchase a small or large quantity, please contact us for special pricing.
WARRANTY:
Warranty ranges from 1-3 years, depending on the item. Normal wear and neglect
are not covered.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
All original packaging must be kept if an item arrives damaged, and you must call
us immediately.
RETURNS:
All returns must be in original packaging. Please call us for our return policy and /
or to obtain a return authorization. All returns must have an authorization number.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Restocking fees
apply, shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return
shipping cost.
